Not receiving support emails from LL

I'm really sorry if this is the wrong place to post this, but I am not sure where else to go. I recently had to start over on a new hard drive, and I cant remember my LL password. I have been trying to recover the password, but for some reason, the email I used on my original account is not receiving any emails from LL, and Yahoo has been no help. 

 

Are there any admins out there that can help me? My username is LiliCakez. I made this account to ask for help, and I really don't want to have to start over T_T
