Hello, this post is basically to know how to create an armor, honestly I do not know how to make them and I would like to know if anyone knows any tuorial or something like that to be able to create one and what tools are required.

I will leave an image of what I want to do more or less, they are shoulders:

This is a huge question, and I am no expert....

1) 3D modelling software (something like blender or an alternative). To create the armour, and UV maps.

2) GIMP or Photoshop (or other alternative), to create texture files, normal maps etc. when applied to the UV maps these will convert a 2D image onto the 3D model

3) Nifskope, to associate these together in a way Skyrim will understand.

4) I use a 3BA body, so I then need outfit studio & bodyslide to get them to work in game.

Here's a link, probably somewhat outdated, but will give you a general idea. Creating an armour for Skyrim. Part 1 - Nexus Mods Wiki (tesnexus.com)

Also, note I think the workflow is generally done using LE, then converting to SE.
