Request - Arkham Asylum Joker Mod Skyrim

I can only find 2 mods out there on the internet for skyrim regarding The Joker, From Batman. Im wondering If Anyone here could make a Mod that was the character model of the Joker from Arkham Asylum, (http://thefree3dmodels.com/stuff/characters/joker/14-1-0-463)

because I have seen other models make 'armor' for the skyrim which essentially just made their in-game character look like whichever 3D model they wanted.

Please can someone help?
