I using SLACS plus mod and his textures. and it's not because enb, shift+f12 doesn't fix it at all. I have read similar thread in LE section and one guy told it's because cum it's not overlay and can't be modified by skee.ini. It's magic effect on character, i don't know where i can tweak magic effect settings. It is possible to switch this effect to overlay, someone know how to do this?
