Hello, Can you help me, I play Fallout 4, and I downloaded an update to the game called: Commonwealth Captives v0.92 But I don't know how to install it, can you send me the installation method video

Just use a mod manager if your not sure. There is a bit of a learning curve to get everything to play nice together if you plan on installing more. I use vortex from Nexus, it works well enough. Just download vortex drag file into mod section and deploy. make sure you don't need f4se ( you probably do). f4se is easy to install just download it from https://f4se.silverlock.org/ then extract using https://www.7-zip.org/. after that just copy over the files from the extracted folder into you fallout folder under steam apps. f4se is how you will start the game from now on.
