[SEARCH] 3rd Person Camera - Front View While Moving

I'm looking for a camera mod for LE that allows me to dynamically move the camera anywhere regardless of which way the character is running. The only games I can think of off the top of my head would be something like Kingdom Hearts?

Just so while running down roads I can pan around to look behind me or to the side.
