Looking for CBBE conversions for certain Armors by Team Tal - Perhaps someone can convert them for me if there is no conversions available?

Hello,
I've downloaded a bunch of mods by Team Tal - truly they/he is making the best armors I have ever seen in this game.
Unfortunetly I am using CBBE becouse of COSIO, either way I really dislike UNP - it's unfortunate because of armors.
So I am looking for Conversions for these armors:

+9204 The Witcher Ciri DLC by Team TAL
+[LE] 9204 The Witcher Yennefer by Team TAL 200329
+DM BDOR Lephria by Team TAL
+BDOR Caroxya by Team TAL
+DM Bless HV0102 by TeamTAL
+BDOR Danharum by Team TAL
+9204 MBO Pack by Team TAL  20200411   - The most important one, I love these armors at most, and I can't stand that there is no conversion for CBBE
 

 

If someone know that there are conversions for these armors please leave a link/file.
If someone would be willing to convert some of them please focus on MBO Pack the others are fine as well but MBO has the best fckin armors I have ever ever ever seen, I've just fell in love with them.
