Almost random CTDs after installing DD

After installing DD, I started running into an annoying problem in the form of CTD. It generally happens when opening menus, including inventory and such, but it can happen whenever it feels like, including simply running. It doesn't happen immediately and usually takes a few minutes, but using ENB accelerates this process. It also seems to happen sooner in populated areas like Whiterun.

DD may not be the problem (and no devices are needed for CTD to happen), but that's when it started happening.
