Adding mods to the world at large?

Brief: after installing something, how do we add it to the world as loot or to stumble upon? Specifically, for AAF, VOTW, and equipment mods:

 

AAF: I want to find NPCs randomly engaging in the animations I've installed instead of having to resort to an immersion-breaking menu. Mods like 'Violate', 'Sex Em Up', 'Dangerous Nights', and 'Bad End' are fantastic, but they focus on the main player and companions, but as far as I can tell, they do not extend to the rest of the game. Is there a way to see scenes from a mod like 'Sexual Harassment' play out on NPCs without player input? Or, if that is too much, is there a way to add AAF animations to NPC's casual social interactions so that the NPC randomly executes the engagement instead of the player? At the moment, the only idea I've had is to use 'Just Business' and slowly convert the entire wasteland into my followers to make them do as I say.

 

VOTW: It would be great to find TVs, and projectors, similar to vanilla radios, scattered around. Is there a mod that does this, or is there an easy enough way to make it happen? There are many mods that make holotapes or reels but most of them are just craftable from the workbench; I'd like to find them like magazines in random containers or being played in dungeons.

 

Equipment mods: Similar to above, I'd like to find new clothing and weapons randomly throughout the world, but more importantly, I'd like to discover NPCs who've spawned with mod content. To me this makes god items more interesting seeing as how I would have to combat said god item to obtain it. THEN, it can be placed in a container to be 'saved for later'

 

If resources do not yet exist, it could be an interesting project for me to take on, but I do not know where to start.
