Economic mods?

Are there any good new economic mods?

I have tried real estate before and it was not bad, also bank mods like this https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/56319 .

 

But most of them were either incomplete or buggy or weren't to my liking.

 

Also there has been a mod where you could buy an inn or the like and hire employees and train them, i can't remember the name. Unfortunately if i remember correctly it was buggy though and the employee stats weren't saved properly, so it was not working either. But maybe it has been updated meanwhile or a successor mod has been made. Thanks in advance if someone remembers this mod.

 

Finally any mod where you can invest lots of money and potentially either win or lose, maybe with some light quests or such, would be very interesting. Like e.g. investing into khajit merchant caravans or east empire trading ships.
