Seeking help for custom weapon animation

Hey guys,

I'm actually creating a new weapon, I wanted to create at first on the same model as a rifle for hand placements and animation, but I went a bit further and nothing matchs up anymore. I know custom animations are possible since there is quite some already on Nexus, but I can't find anything about how to create some custom animation like holding/reloading ect.
Or if anyone is willing to collab, that would allow me to spend more time on my weapons

I just found one but it's made with Maya and I'm working with Blender so it's no use for me

That would be awesome if someone could help me with that !
