Sims shifting forward and backwards during animations.

Hello, I had a bug pop up a while back and I can't figure out what is causing it or how to fix it.  During some animations, the sims rapidly move backwards and forwards a small distance.  Its like the location and rotation of the pelvis and hips blinks backwards and forwards a few times per second.  I can't figure out what could be causing this and I was wondering if anyone had something similar happen and how they fixed it.  I attached a crude drawing of what it kind of looks like.  It only seems to happen during standing animations, regardless of whether it is a solo or duo animation.  It does not seem to happen when Sims are sitting or lying down.  Thanks for any help.

same.. not every single time but it does happen during standing animations... or floor animations that require standing.... can not seem to fix it either... but don't remember this happening before the position feature in WW was put in.
