Saving take forever

Hey, first I apologize for my english, this is not my native language.

I modded skyrim for the first time like 2 week ago, and i had a lot of issues ( the first was long time saving ) so i just hard cleaned skyrim.

I just reinstalled it 3 days ago using a tutorial to install mods in a clean way but i still have the main issue : everytime i'm saving (quicksave, auto saves or manual saves) or waiting/using a bed, my screen freeze for like 30-60sec, then the save begin. Weirdest part is, sometimes i start skyrim and everything is smooth, no saving time at all, but just can't control it and it's really annoying tbh.

I googled and have read a lot of topic ab long saving time, but nothing worked. Uninstalling saves, using patches, cleaning saves...
I really dont know how to fix this
