I keep hearing different things from different people, and I've been wanting to replace a few of the old textures until Blizzard releases the updated models/textures they're supposedly working on.
Ark of Truth Posted April 21, 2013 Posted April 21, 2013 It's possible. It really depends on how deep the file checker goes. If it checks file name only you can get away it. However if it checks file names, size, date it was last modified etc then you most likely get into trouble or banned for it. I would just wait.

I've used the Azerothica nude mod for WoW off and on, I haven't been caught using it, just don't brag about such things I guess or make it obvious

Well with a trial you can get to level 20, just depends on you personally, if you can spare the time, go ahead, you won't be losing anything from making a trial.
