Hi,

 

I was wondering if there are any people who would be interested in creating some nudes, topless or skimpy outfits for this game ?

And maybe some paintings because they're ugly. ?

Yes, some mods would be much appreciated.

As for the paintings, try replacing the images in RS2_Data/StreamingAssets/Wall Art Types,
or make some new ones. Works for me at least.

Well, if you go to Settings, there's a button "User Generated Content", you can import any photo in .png or .jpg - as long as you don't upload it to share with others, you can have as much NSFW content as you want. Just set the price to at least 100 USD per picture and be mindful of how big the photo is. Also, importing files larger than 1 MB can slow down the game when the app is reading the data, but not once the Wall Art is added into the game.

i feel like the nude mods were the main thing OP is asking about...
