Penis and Butt Not the Same Skintone with Overlay!

Can anyone tell me why my sim's penis and butt is a lighter shade then their actual skintone? I am using an overlay, a added colored skintone on top of the default one. Can anyone help fix this? Am i missing cc or do I need to download something else? Im unsure of what penis models I even have

Which sliders/presets are you using? I want my Sims' quads to look like that!
