Hi . I don't know if it was intentional, or not, But, those 'side-strips', to the ankle, are a bit-distracting.

Kinda reminds one, of the "clothing-error" you can sometimes get, of the clothing item, stretching-between-their-legs-error.

It would be a Great looking Dress, if only, those 'side-strips' were gone. Of course, this is my opinion, But , I really think it would make it look so much better.

 

Of course, you could create a Version 2, of that dress, with-out that 'Side-strip', as an alternative.  Just-a-suggestion.

 

I really LIKE the Dress, but, those 'side-strips' , are just TOO distracting, Sorry.
