Having problem with Team Tal mods

I downloaded the most recent https://www.patreon.com/posts/le-bdor-pack-by-37701060 and same mods not in the pack. For some of these armor mods they work perfectly fine, some might have minor hdt-pe issues where the item keep going by itself, others with capes and such are constantly moving like it caught a seizure, then like my pic...you have armor where hdt-pe stuff fly off, color changes, fluttering, spasms. If anyone ever had this problem with Team Tal mods, please assist me...please. On my old laptop few of his mods use to spaz out but on new laptop or new pack it majority of them. I have smp-hdt and the patch, all other physic mod work 100% fine.

I also only Tal clothing pe physics will have the problem of abnormal jitter, so their clothing I am using the ported SE smp version to LE's version.?

So the ported version does not have jitters and cape fluttering for you?

Yes, smp-physic work fine for me, and most of pe-physic work fine for me， only except for TAl PE-physics but don't know why?

Mind sharing, completely gave up on this mod, can't have a pack where only 20% of the stuff works properly.
