anyone modded the mesmatron from fallout3 in fo4 yet?

ok so I know that someone kind of sorta already did this for an attachment for the laser rifle but I'm talking about a more adapted version to hypnotize npcs to being you your sex slave. now I know there are plenty of slave mods out there that kind of accomplish this but none that I have found have much custom dialogue let alone hypnosis (my main kink). so I found out about the mesmatron while watch fo3 and thought it would be a cool lore friendly way to hypnotize and fuck people and whatever else. I'm basically just wondering if anyone could do this or is willing too. now I don't know the difficulty that it would take to make such a mod since I'm relatively new to the scene of moding. so if I'm asking too much just let me know and i can take the post down but if it is possible and if someone is willing to do it I would be very appreciative.
