Beeing female MCM menu not starting up on it's own.

I have the replacement dill so that the game starts and am using vortex, whenever I start it up there is a box in the middle that says "-1/6", possibly step -1 out of 6 steps? whenever I go to the mod config menu it just says "beeing female starting" then a buttion that says "input code" and "start up menu" this allows me to see all the settings, but doesn't start the mod. and I am supposed to have 3 books in my inventory that I don't have.
