Flowergirls FFM fail

I have 3 mods that can call an FFM scene: Flowergirls, Amorous Adventures, and Sexlab Romance. The FFM scenes I have in Sexlab are Leito Threesome FFM1-3 and 3jiou Threesome.

 

All four work perfectly when called from AA and SR.

 

Flowergirls, when using the threesome dialog, will randomly call one of the 3 Leito scenes or some other scene that I haven't figured out the name of or how to convince FG to tell me. For now, we'll call it FFM X.

 

The mystery:

 

When called from FG, Leito Threesome FFM1-3 always have the male in one of the female roles, whereas FFM X works fine.  Of course, I can't use hotkeys to switch character positions because FG doesn't go through Sexlab. I've seen, here and there, references to others having this same problem, but no solution.

 

So...anyone have any ideas?
