Cannot switch to third-person mode for some reason

So after fiddling around with the mods for 2 days, I managed to setup the game such that everything is working. With one exception - I can't zoom out of first-person view or just switch using the regular buttons. The scenes play out normally despite this, and aside from one weird moment where I got stuck in a dialogue box and couldn't select anything, I didn't encounter any problems.

This is my second attempt after the first one got corrupted apparently because my version of the game was in another language.

 

The load order/list of mods is attatched below, I'm using FOMM to load, with all the tools listed in the various tutorials in use (NVSE, NVSE Extender, LOOT, etc.)

If anyone has ideas on why this could be happening or how to fix it, I would appreciate the suggestion.
