Throwing Weapons

Here I am with a question to solve.

I'm experimenting with a stealth-based style of play . I already have everything I need, including the ability to throw  weapons with this mod  Throwing Weapons Redux

 

The mod works fine but, I am presented with a problem that I would like to solve :

 

The throwing weapon of choice works exactly like a bow or crossbow: weapon more ammo . The problem is that every time I throw a knife, it's like throwing the bow together with the arrow ,  which does not seem very normal to me .  If necessary , I have the ESP to analyze
