Better Bodies issues

So for the better bodies mod, the male penis is grey/dark that doesn't match with my Sim. And on the mod page it says I can "You must remove any other default skin replacements from your game." or use a tattoo overlay. How do I know which default skin replacements to remove? Or what tattoo overlay can I install? I would prefer the tattoo overlay

Better Body from Hiroki still shows up on here but has pretty much been abandoned. You are better off using another set of body mods. If it hasn't broken your game yet, it might. You can poke around in the Download section and see, I think someone fixed some of the skins, but for the most part, Better Body isn't used.
