Strip Club Issues

Hello. Ive been trying to run a strip club with wicked whims. I cant seem to assign my strippers any tasks though. They seem to randomly charm/bartend/stage dance. When i click on one of them, the strip club menu option is (sometimes) there. if i click on that, it gives me 4 options i can 1) make them a custom outfit in CAS, 2) praise, 3) check up on or 4) fire. Assigning them a task isnt in the menu options anywhere. Ive looked and looked. Its not there though shift click either. When i click on them when they are dancing, the only option is to change dance, which is from what i understand, expected. ww.fix did not fix the issue either. I have tried reinstalling multiple times. I have made sure my wicked whims is up to date, as well as all of my other larger mods. I am getting an error which is creating a wickedwhims_exception.txt which reads as follows:

Edit: ive been trying to solve this for a week and i cant load my game till i get it solved  Please help if you can, id really appreciate it
