Penis bulge and sticking out underwear?

Hi all i see a post here a little while ago some one had done difrent type bulges and penis sticking out the top of undewear etc but i cant find the post now or remember who it was can anyone point me in the right direction?

can you give the link? ive been looking for a slider or accessory bulge for MEN, or if its compatible with women as well.
