Sims not getting nude.

I have the latest version of wicked whims along with the latest update for the game but my sims are no longer completely undressing for sex even though that is the setting I have it set for. Also, if I click on nudity and select completely undress, my sims still remain clothed.  Help!!!! Everything else seems to working fine in my game. If click on a sim during sex and select actions and then select completely undress, they also still remain dressed.
