Falskaar - Lost Knowledge quest not starting

Okay from what I've read so far there isn't a known fix for it. And if that is the case, it would effectively kill my progress in that mod...

 

After completing the 5th main quest and everybody gets up from Agnar's table round #2, nothing happens. It's supposed to start the next quest and enable a topic with brother Thorlogh but those aren't there either.

 

What I've tried to make it work:

- reload a save from before the cutscene

- disable / enable thorlogh

- setstage FSMQ06 0 / 5 / 20

- say FSMQ6ThorloghInfo1Topic

- disable various mods suggested in steam / nexus boards (SneakTools, Immersive Citizens)

- kill / resurrect

- tdetect

- use the patches and addon mod that fixes some stuff

 

I've yet to try and go back to before the quest and see if choosing the different branch within the quest yields a different solution but other than that I'm pretty much out of known options to advance that quest, especially when the console commands didn't work so far despite their commands and IDs being recognized.

Also, SSEedit doesn't list any incompatibilities / changes to the start of the quest or its owner (there is a change in the unofficial patch to guarantee the ending cutscene progression of the quest).

€ No script lag either.

€² Reloading a save well before that point didn't help either.
