Need help with (SexIs Callback)

The way I understand it, Callback is a respons from a certin mod to another mod, which send certing varible values, is that correct?

 

If so, then how to implemt it into a script that is supposed to do something when actors finish a sex scene.

 

What i'm trying to do is to make actor1 talk to actor2 once the sex scene is ended, so if a kind soul would explain it to me or point me to where I can read about it.
