Skyrim - 'Infection' Skin overlay/texture?

Hey, I noticed this skin overlay texture for some Resident Evil game and was wondering if anyone knew about something similar but for Skyrim?, I know there's is a tentacle armor but I haven't seen anything similar to the skin texture. Anyone have any pointers?
