Copy NPC face to PC

Hello I was searching  a tip about wrye bash or cs to copy a npc face/appearance from a mod (Saerileth companion) and use it as my character but I can't figure out how to do it. Any solution?

 

EDIT: if possible any chance about  to copy race/face and all appearance things in my actual savegame?

Just use the construction kit and set the NPC as a race preset.

If you're super lazy just C+P the face directly onto the player in the NPC tab (Player's name is Bendo Olo in the CS) and save it as an .esp - then start a new game.
