Troble using AAF in game with the home key

I cant figure out that which part I've doing wrong, but the GUI of the AAF just don't shows up! I've read the guide and there is something about the XML, is there anyone that can help me with that?

 

 

When the incident of surrender occurs, the animation doesn't play and my character and raider just standing but doing noting........ Is there any solution for this??
