Custom races and HD head mesh.

So I found this amazing mod that increases the poly count of the head mesh and all head mesh parts such as eyes lashes teeth tongue the poly count is higher than citrus and and the vector plexus hd head and citrus nor vector plexus hd alter eyes tongue or lashes. The only problem is that this head only works with vanilla races Im using eltmer faries. I was hoping maybe somone on here could fill me in on if there is a way to make this mod compatible with custom races or simply the eltmer race? This is the mod that im referring to and you can download it to get a good look at the files in the attached files. The reason Im providing the files on here is because it isn't to easy to get the mod.
