Cant re-enable mods in SIMS 4

Found SIMS 4 had recently updated to the latest version, 1.70.84.1020.  When starting the game it said as usual that mods had been disabled and would have to be re-enabled to be used.

 

When I tried to re-enable and restart the game, the re-enablement never takes.

 

I downloaded the latest WW v163c, but that didn't help.  Any ideas??

Found the solution.

 

My in-game version was not the same as my Gameversion.txt file in my SIMS 4 folder.  These must be the same (whichever is highest--usually the game is higher).
