Creatures radomly erect, even in combat.

First, sorry for my bad english.

 

I have a issue with creatures schlong. They work as intended, but sometimes creatures will be randomly erect, even without interaction.

For example: I was fighting two giants and one of then got naked and erect. I don't know if this is intended but it ruins the battle immersion.

Is there any way to fix this?

I use: SoS, More nasty critters, Sexlab aroused, Aroused creatures. All for skyrim special edition.
