is there a better that changes ALL npcs (enemies too) than supermodel skyrim?

I'm currently using Supermodel Skyrim and, as great as it is, I find the various face models/hair modifications to the vanilla enemies (bandits, forsworn, vampires, etc.) to be very repetitive.  

 

Basically, each specific group of enemies (bandits, forsworn, or vampires, etc.) have only a set number of possible faces/hairs.  

 

Is there another mod that overhauls ALL (or most, at least) of Skyrim's females in a way that's not repetitive and a bit more random?  

 

And perhaps one that doesn't ONLY use Apache hairs?  I have a LOT of hair mods that I'd like to have other NPCs use.  Apaches is nice, but after a while you get sick of it.

 

Supermodel Skyrim allows for whatever face mods/textures to be used.  I'm sure there's a similar mod out there that allows for that, plus whatever hair mods people might want to use (not just Apaches).
