new website=> 1 question

Hi y'all, I jus recently decided to create my own website to post my own work and some mods made by others.

 

here is the website (it's my first so be gentle)

The question I have is the following..

I want to post links to mods I can found on 3dmgame as well as some links I found here on loverslab.

I will not actually reupload the mods, but would it be OK with you (the authors of the mods and the admin of the site) if I post a download button that redirects people  here to download the actual mod?

 

I'm a huge noob concerning the rules on internet and whatnot, so I'll ask you guys here.

Is this ok?

Technically this should be in the General Discussion area.

 

To be honest it would be best to ask the Admin if it is ok to do it as it will most likely increase site traffic from a unfamiliar address.

 

If your just providing links back to here then I don't see a problem but it most likely wouldn't hurt if you let authors know you are linking to their stuff.

Ok thanks a lot for you answer, I don't expect to see that many people visiting my site to be honest. It's more like a place to gather my stuff.

But I will ask the author and the admin if they have a probleme with that.
