About the sims 4 and mods

The thing I am trying to understand is there is lots of good stuff and modders for sims 4 .But have not seen any good  Vagina anal or boob morphs  Just asking why is that I have seen lot of sims that we pay for that we can do if we focused on the Cas edits  can make sims that can fit the same. And tons of cloths and animations but nothing to improve the vaginal and anal morphs why is that and again I'm just asking sorry for the bother
