So it's been quite some time since I last played Fallout New Vegas, but I recently got back into it (and Lovers Lab by... pure happenstance) and the exciting adventure (see: nightmare) of modding. After many painful adventures of adding mods progressively, then loading and for some inexplicable reason getting a HUD with a completely gray screen (still not entirely sure what the culprit of that is, turning ArchiveInvalidation off/on seems to fix it... for a time? But I digress), I finally got it to a state where it works properly and all the SexOut mods seem to be doing what they're meant to. However, am noticing an issue with the sex animations. I just started a game recently and I believe it's SexOutConsequences (?) where you meet Barton Thorne who gives you the sob story of his girl being attacked by geckos (this as anyone whose played an hour of FONV likely knows, is a lie) and when you clear out the geckos he comes by to thank you then gank you so he can take the booty (hueh hueh) for himself. At the moment I get the option of "if you let me live, i'll let you fuck me", "i'm gonna rip your dick off and make you eat it" and "you talk tough, for a dead man". If I pick option 1, the sex animation plays but it only shows Barton in his nude glory, the animation plays fine but my character is nowhere to be seen. If I pick any of the other options and say, concede, sex animations will play normally and I'll see both characters (the alignment of characters mouth and Barton's phallus being out of whack, but again I digress). The terrain is pretty level so I don't believe slopped terrain is a problem but I'm really not sure what to do. Booster12 Posted February 19, 2021 Author Posted February 19, 2021 So after some exhaustive trial and error, I "believe" the issue seems to be Fallout Character Overhaul for some reason. I turned that off, reloaded the game shortly before Thorne arrives with his grand reveal, I pick option #1 and both characters remain visible and get jiggy with it. Unsure how to rectify, haven't played enough of the game to determine if this is isolated to just Thorne or not either. :S
