How do i edit my custom body mesh with body slide?

I want to edit my female body from body slide. Is there a way to add my mesh to bodyslide?

Your best bet is to read Calientes Tutorial for making things for bodyslide, but from my understanding it involves creating a mesh for both the 0 and the 1 on each part you want to beable to modify with the program
