I searched everything but i not figure it out what was the problem, anyone knows why?

Graphics drivers upto date?

would be the first guess by looking at the picture.

 

other than that guess work, as we don't know the Game version and what you have in your Mods folder.

 

Make sure your game and all script mods are upto date and you don't have any duplicate mods or cc.

And don't forget to always delete the "loclthumbcache.package" file located in =Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4 

You shoud Delete this file "every time" you add/delete anything in your "Mods" folder.
