Getting too many CTDs

I started playing Skyrim again a few days ago. But since my character hit level 40, I started getting CTDs on certain spots and pure function call errors. One site I found mentioned that deleting saves can solve the C++ issue so I cut and pasted 300+ saves of the same character to another place to back them up. I also used a save cleaner and it deleted some orphan scripts. The issue seemed to be solved. Except it wasn't. When I started the game again, I got one crash and then another C++ error.

I'm curious about why specifically this is happening. For a while now, I have been doing this thing where I use two mod managers to manage and load mods, Vortex and MO. I do this because my nephew used to come over and wants to play games on my computer. I don't want him to be tainted like me so I have my lewd mods on MO, SFW mods on Vortex. Does anyone else have this issue and is there any merit to multiple hundreds of saves causing issues with C++? Lastly, does anyone know if FNIS and Dynamic Animation Replacer play well with each other?

* these are inactive plugins. You might suggest that I should hide inactive esms and esps but it's greyed for some reason in MO. No idea why.

Make sure you have the correct C++ distributable for Skyrim. I can't remember which one it is off the top of my head.

Since it only happened since level 40, I think a mod broke the level lists or even added new enemies.

If even one nif or texture is broken, you have instant CTD when you enter the encounter zone.
