HDT Collision not working on stomach

Can't for the life of me get the stomach collison to work during creature penetration.

Reinstalled everything, including a clean one of the whole game.

Still nothing.

All physics work until i play a scene.

Then the stomach just shuts off i guess.

ps: "fill me up" works, just not constant collision.
