Looking for a game with player victimhood

I've noticed that my Skyrim/Fallout load orders are very focused on my female protagonist being raped. I know of a few RPG Maker games like this and the occasional Japanese H-Game but I was hoping for something a bit higher end, like Unity-based or something? Something using the kind of imagery we can get in Fallout/Skyrim.

 

Any recs?
