CTD suspected bad driver

Hello

 

So I'm trying to get a setup going after a clean install and I'm getting random CTD's. I don't know the cause and can't reliably reproduce. 

 

Looking at the crash logs it looks like a nvidia dll is somehow involved in the crash. I want to avoid reinstalling my drivers but I will do it if that's the recommended course.

 

However, I have also noticed that the street lamps in Concord are bright purple while the ones at Red Rocket are totally fine.

As you can see Concord has purple streetlamps while red rocket is fine
