Can't open the game launcher

Hello, I have a problem with the game. I don't know why, but when I try to open the game launcher, it opens for like 5sec, the background is gray, and closes immediately.

After some recent update day, I have this problem, and it is impossible for me to play the game, I specify that i play with mods "like Costumecustomizer and other stuff like that". Unmodified the game runs perfectly, but once modded nothing can be done. I tried several solutions, reinstall the game, change the files, I updated the mods, windows, direct X, nothing works, once moderated, the game refuses to open, I noted that it is "suspended" when I look in the resource monitor, but even there, I cannot close it, the game is open, without being opened. Anyway, does someone have a solution to my problem? Thank you for your answers.

If the game runs fine without mods then disable all of them and test the launcher by enabling each mod one by one until you find the one that causes the crash.

Thanks, however I have already tried removing mods one by one to find the culprit.
Result? no mod is at fault, I tried to delete some folders to see, the game starts when I delete the "mods" "appearance" and "Tan" folders, the launcher seems to be running but obviously, once I click on play, the game crashes "for obvious reasons".

I see. My only guess would be a bad .ini file? If not, I hope someone here can help you.

Yes, I have already looked at the ini files present, I tried to update as said above, to change the version of 3Dmigoto, d3dx or other, nothing seems to correct the problem: /
