One world, Multiple characters mod request.

Thinking of changing my character to someone else, but I want the world I'm in and the progress I've made to be the same. basically it works similar to familiar faces only I can change character at will and lets say I do the companions questline as a 2h heavy, but when I play as my stealth vamp afterwards the companions questline is already done because my other character completed it, something like that.

Another example of this could be play as dragonborn and does the main quest (lets say he adopts children) and later do Dawnguard as one of his grown up children.

 

I have no idea if this is possible but its worth asking.
