need help with skyrim laucher data file

i have already unlock the data file in my skyrim launcher the probem is i didnt see any esm or esp in my data file  

at my previous skyrim install i already see them in my data file this problem started when i delete my skyrim then insall another one its been a year that i have this problem all i do is restore my previous skyrim folder from the recycle bin but the problem is i have already delete it even in my recycle bin can anyone help on how to fix this problem cause i cant use tesEdit if i didnt see any esm or esp`s in my skyrim launcher  data file
