What are the mods required to allow my female character to have a child with any male npc, including Martin Septim, with pregnancy and all?

Looking for mod(s) that are similar to the morrowind romance mod here -> https://www.nexusmods.com/morrowind/mods/46015 but for oblivion

 

Hoping for my female character to get knocked up by martin septim so that there is one more septim in the family after...

All you need before you install LAPF .  A right installed Oblivion game or nothing will work. Nude body fore male and female, OBSE, and some OBSE plugins,...

You need LAPF / the sex system) and a Mod to have sex ( e.g. Adult play plus a Mod to have sex by using dialogs )

Slow down and read.  If you don't do that you will bork your game.

1st you need to install all the OTHER mods that you want (armors, overhauls, clothes and so on).  

Then come back and install the LAPF.  Follow the install instructions of the LAPF.  There are several mods it requires.

Once that is done, you need to decide how you want to have sex.  The LAPF is just a frame work.  There is a description of what each mod does in the link I gave you.  Pick a few and then test them to make sure they are working.  Once you get sex working then it is time to mess with Tamago.

Ok so i downloaded basically everything that was needed and my oblivion was crashing. The mods and dlc ive installed are here in the photo

You also need a mod to have sex.  The LAPF is just the framework.  The first link I gave you contains descriptions of all the types of sex mods.

If you want consensual then pick one of those.  If you want combat or non-combat (stalking) rape then pick those.  Or pick a combo of them.

 

Fejeena gave you a link for adult play plus (install the whole supplemental pack).  Install that and you can have have sex.

 

Also, make sure you installed the middle Tamago/Hiyoko pack that is labeled:  

2) The OMOD version of the Tamago/Hiyoko set with the dependency of the x117Race stripped, using vanilla races only.  

If you installed the other one then that is why you are crashing.  You'd need to install x117race or it will crash.
