If you don't do that you will bork your game. 1st you need to install all the OTHER mods that you want (armors, overhauls, clothes and so on). Then come back and install the LAPF. Follow the install instructions of the LAPF. There are several mods it requires. Once that is done, you need to decide how you want to have sex. The LAPF is just a frame work. There is a description of what each mod does in the link I gave you. Pick a few and then test them to make sure they are working. Once you get sex working then it is time to mess with Tamago. Go here: https://www.loverslab.com/files/file/9729-tamago-hiyoko-master-set/ READ the entire OP and decide what version you want and follow the instructions for it. If you get stuck, go back to the download page of the mod, and click the "get support" button that is right under the download button and post your issue in that mods support thread. Folks will generally get back to you in a day or so. You are going to do a bunch of reading. No getting around it. This is the deep end of the modding pool. No worries if you get stuck, just make sure you have done all the steps before asking for help. When you do ask for help, provide as much information as you can regarding the problems you are having so folks can try to assist.

The LAPF is just the framework. The first link I gave you contains descriptions of all the types of sex mods. If you want consensual then pick one of those. If you want combat or non-combat (stalking) rape then pick those. Or pick a combo of them. Fejeena gave you a link for adult play plus (install the whole supplemental pack). Install that and you can have have sex. Also, make sure you installed the middle Tamago/Hiyoko pack that is labeled: 2) The OMOD version of the Tamago/Hiyoko set with the dependency of the x117Race stripped, using vanilla races only. If you installed the other one then that is why you are crashing. You'd need to install x117race or it will crash.
