Last exception assistant is not working

Hey is the assistant down temporally?

I downloaded Wicked whims 162. g today and my game is updated til version 1.69.59. Households won´t load and the time one did certain features, the new  ones didn´t load ( instead of saying which feature it was there were three dots). I looked at my files and found a lastexception, tried to use the assistant but it won´t load. I would attach the last exception file. click enter and the page wouldn{t load, it would be white.
